We had outstanding experience from the moment from arrival until departure, very attentive, friendly, welcoming and always smiling staff. The room was excellent good view, all staff are willing to do everything possible to make our stay pleasant especially Ms. Ranjana she is very good guided. I would undoubtedly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay here, the 2 nights we were in town for business. The folks at reception and those servicing the rooms were very courteous and hospitable. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Room was good, well maintained, with the right amenities, and hotel staff was very timely in responding to requests, the best part is the service by Ms Ranjana who has been absolutely amazing in serving us, making sure everything was perfect 😊, The breakfast spread included with your stay was the best part of our stay. Overall very pleasant stay, and highly recommended for your Business or Vacation stay!

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful.the kindness and helpfulness and the staff made a significant impact on my overall experience especially reception team Ms Ranjana . One of my highlights of my stay was the roof top restaurant,which offered a charming setting with a cozy ambiance.

It was pleasant stay right from receptionist to housekeeping food everything was excellent.hotel ambiance is very good .the staff is very polite and courteous especially managers and miss Ranjana. swimming pool, Gym , game zone is great.

This was my first visit at the Mirchi restaurant, and it was really good experience. Chef Pranay personally suggested great food, some was off the menu. Only issue was the food was cold. But to our concern, Chef Pranay personally saw that the food served was upto the mark and also told us about upcoming food festival. Will definitely come for more.
